Why Mindfulness ?

Today in our fast paced world, we all could use something to counterbalance the daily stress we all face. The benefits of mindfulness are plentiful.  It is a powerful tool for meeting the challenges that we all face as humans.  Mindfulness begins with teaching us how to be grounded in the present, instead of dwelling in the past or obsessing about the future.  It can lead us to find peace in the now. 

Research shows that the more mindful a person is, the more resilient they are.  We can respond to stress with awareness rather than being reactive.  We can reduce our stress and increase our well-being.  Mindfulness is  a great tool for the toolbox of life.
